By using the Foxari web application (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

The Service generates personalized therapeutic bedtime stories for children aged 2–10 using artificial intelligence technologies (Google Gemini AI). The Service is provided free of charge and without advertising.

2. Intended Audience

The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians of children. Children should not use the Service independently without adult supervision. By using the Service, you confirm that you are an adult.

3. AI-Generated Content

All stories are generated automatically by artificial intelligence.
We aim to provide high-quality and safe content, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of every generated story.
We recommend that parents review each story before reading it to a child.
The Service operator is not responsible for the content of generated stories.

4. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

The stories are intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological, educational, or medical support. If a child has behavioral or emotional difficulties, please consult a qualified specialist.

5. Rules of Use

When using the Service, it is prohibited to:

Submit prompts intended to generate inappropriate, violent, or illegal content
Use the Service for commercial purposes without approval
Attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access
Use automated tools for mass content generation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service design and code belong to the operator. You may freely use generated stories for personal, non-commercial purposes (reading to children, saving, printing).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for:

Interruptions or unavailability of the Service
Any damage arising from the use of generated content
Loss of data or story history
